Bells of the Tightened String is a control-hungry Sidereal who desires the domination of all women above all other desires. He has, foolishly in his opinion, made various deals and offers to the Director of the Bound Collar, a bondage goddess in Yu-Shan, in his attempt to fulfill his ultimate desires.
